Hatha flow (english)

In this class we work with meditation, breathing exercises and yoga asanas (physical postures). We will move in a slow continuous flow from one position to another while combining breathing with movement.
All levels are welcome.

Season: 18/11 2021 -20/1 2022

8 week season (in weeks 51 and 52 there is no training due to the Christmas holidays)
